Do you cater for stag and hen parties?
Yes we do! You can either book direct with us by calling or emailing, or get your operator to make the booking on your behalf. Obviously the weekends are the most popular but we will cater for any night you wish. Groups turning up on the night will be welcomed providing that they adhere to the entry criteria, rule of thumb – book now to avoid disappointment, you might even get a free beer too!!

Do I need to have ID?
Siglo operates the Challenge 21 scheme, as do all other good venues, or at least they should! We ask anyone who looks around 21 or younger to bring their ID with them, it prevents disappointment on the night and should you be asked to verify your age it’ll only take a second. We accept current passports and photographic drivers licences as proof of age.

I got refused, what do I do?
We try never to disappoint a customer, it’s bad for business and none of us like it when we’re out either. If you have been refused ask to speak to a duty manager, they’ll try and clear it up for you there and then but please bear in mind there are legal reasons that we have to refuse people sometimes, no ID or intoxication are the most common. We’re not infallible and mistakes do happen, let us know about them and we’ll fix it for you.

left something behind when I was in last, have you got it?
We hold all lost property for a fortnight and log it in a folder so that we can return it to you. If you lose something let us know straight away and we’ll try and find it for you there and then. If you realise the next day drop us an email or give us a ring, we’ll try and re-unite you with your stuff as soon as possible.
